It's a nice hotel that is centrally located, with many options for shopping, dining, and entertainment that you can walk to. The staff is very friendly!! I always stay here when I am in Santa Clarita. I used to live in Santa Clarita and I come here quite often. I have family here, and doctors and my hair stylist are here.

Nice hotel, great area, exceeded my expectations. Pool areas is a little small, but it wasnt to crowded when I went. But im sure it can get crowded very fast. But overall had a lot of fun with my son. Quick drive to Magic Mountain and lots so shopping and restaurants nearby

Age of the rooms is a problem. The hotel could benefit from some refurbishment. Air conditioner wasnât working, mattresses very uncomfortable. Staff was responsive and helpful to try to resolve but are working with a dated property and can only do so much.

This hotel was a good value; it felt luxurious, yet was reasonably priced. Our stay was comfortable and relaxed, a great respite from our stressful drive through California on I-5. The hotel is well appointed and maintained. We enjoyed our leisurely dinner at the restaurant.

Worst restaurant experience ever. Cooks are entitled and rude and refused managers orders. We got to the restaurant 5-10min before closing and manager said she could take our order since it was to go. When she input order cooks argued and refused to make it. Broken glass in our drinks both at the bar and for breakfast the next day.
