I recently attended a meeting at the Sheraton Universal Hotel and was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional service provided by Jasmine Vasquez, the Catering Sales Manager. She went above and beyond and was incredibly helpful throughout. Her professionalism and attentiveness—always checking in to see how she could assist—made a noticeable difference. Truly outstanding support and customer service!

I’ve been attending Union meetings at the Sheraton and have been incredibly impressed by the outstanding support provided by Jasmine Vasquez, the Catering Sales Manager. Was here for a business meeting. Jasmine Vasquez, Catering Sales Manager, was THE BEST. Very helpful. Accommodating, well mannered, gracious, and went above and beyond for us. Such a pleasure to do business with her. She made our meeting so much easier and flawless.

Visited the hotel for a work related event over the course of 2 days. The staff all around are friendly and accommodating to our group especially the front desk lady Jasmine. I also went to Starbucks and was assisted by Kris, Aanisha and Sara who were all extremely friendly and welcoming! Would visit this hotel again!
