Motel 6 Ukiah CA North

Traveling with family through Ukiah, we stopped for a night so we are on a budget. The Motel 6 was convenient right off 101 and we were able to charge our car, eat and stay at the motel 6 very conveniently. Katrina checked us in and Olga checked us out. We chatted with Jonathan and he helped us with a few items we needed for the room. Overall we had a great experience and I would recommend it to others! Wingstop was nice to have within a few second away! Great property, very clean, easy access and friendly staff!!!

My husband and I stayed at motel 6 during Xmas. This place was the worst place I have ever been. very dirty, moldy bathroom, poop fingerprints on wall. no furniture, just a bed and TV that did not work. I woke up with bug bites. Very dangerous at night, you go out at your own risk. We booked 4 days and left the next day. I can't believe the health dept. does not close them down.

I would like to share my review by starting to say that motel 6 norths General Manager Noe Desoto has treated me with the upmost respect and care anyone could want and or deserve. First and foremost I'm an I.T. internet technician and am currently in college at Mendocino COLLEGE going for my masters in business management and software developer and love the fact that at motel 6 north cares about the need of each of their customers and or family members.Mind you yes there was at one point bugs and whatever the reviews say but credit has to be given where credit is deserved and CREDIT is deserved at motel 6 north but mostly to NOE DESOTO because we all know that a business only does right if that buisness has the proper management. So to say the least motel 6 and all of its employees and or staff with the exception of one which is the maintenance there at motel6 north has treated me with respect and courteous. Anna,Juan and all the others have been good to me.The housekeeping is also real good as professional and experienced workers and or professionals as well.All in all I want to say THANK YOU Noe Desoto and staff for all you have done for me.You are family to me and value you for You.I would like to say THANK YOU MOTEL 6 YOU ROCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have more photos to add but they limit. Whatever pictures they took to make it appear the place is remodeled is a lie. They must have had a professional do a couple rooms and then they did the rest themselves. There are bugs. The beds are a 1000 years old. Drug deals at night in the parking lot. No change from the old name of Discovery Inn. We wanted a Non-Smoking room. They gave us a stank smoking room and wouldn't move us. This place is so bad. We booked through a competitors app. We were hoodwinked as if it was a new motel 6 in Ukiah.

Infested with cockroaches. Disgusting. Sketchy people, one guy with a very large, menacing unleashed pitbull. Told the front desk, dog was still there several hours later. Exactly why I carry bear spray when I'm walking my smaller LEASHED dog. I can handle not super clean, but roaches crawling out when the lights go off - no. AVOID THIS PLACE!!! Note to management: don't bother with your canned reply you give to every review. You clearly don't care. Can't believe a national chain tolerates this.
