Travelodge by Wyndham Stockton

Horrible hotel. got there they could not work the credit card, I offered another one, they could not accepted because I put the the one that did not go through in the Expedia reservation. I paid in cash and when I went into the room it was disgusting, the bed was wrinkled like someone slept there and they only fix the comforter, to pretend it was cleaned up, TV did not work at all. We went to the front desk and requested to be change to a better room. The woman in the front said that was the best room. I requested to be reimbursed my money to go somewhere else. She told me she could not give me back my money because she had no authority from the Manager. She called the manager and he said he will call me the next day to reimburse my money . I left and this was on 8/19. Today is 8/23 and I have not hear anything. I will be going in person tomorrow, and see if I can recover my 200.00 I paid for the room I could not stay at all.
