The young man Provide us with excellent service we call while coming from the airport he assisted us and was Patient while on the phone with us.It was our first time there and we will most certainly visit again.

I have stayed at this hotel 3 times this year. Each visit has been very pleasant. The front desk person was very friendly, the room clean and the property well kept. Our last visit had a large group in the pool which made it impossible to get into the pool area much less relax after a long drive. I later saw the crowd pile into a couple of vans and drive off. I’m not sure, but I don’t know if everyone were guests. That was the only time I saw that happen so I hope it was a fluke. After 3 visits, that was the only problem i have encountered. All requests, extra blanket, TV remote not working, etc, were handled quickly.

For the last 4 years we have been driving from San Diego to Tuscaloosa to take my daughter to school . The first time we found the hotel we were exhausted and the other hotels were booked . This place is always clean, friendly and a great value. The last trip we got in at 9:45 and the front desk women said, “ the jacuzzi is still open”! Omg what a great half way stop.

First I noticed upon entering lobby was a very strong cleaning smell, so strong it was bordering on unpleasant. I let myself think perhaps a guest had recently made a mess. Decent lobby, so I proceeded. Checked in at 5:15, gal came from laundry room to check me in. My reserved room was not clean so they upgraded me at no charge to two queens. I really appreciated getting a room as I had drove 7 hours and was bushed. Smell that met me as I exited elevator was strong odor of cooking food, like a cafeteria, mixed with strong cleaning. My room, although smelling like that cleaning odor, was decent enough. No tv. Schedule- not a big deal but I sure appreciate one. I won’t stay again, nor do I recommend anyone else stay here. This place gets a well deserved EWWWWW.

Upon checking in, we were given a room uncleaned from previous guest. There was a trash can full of vomit right when we walked in. Disgusting bathroom and unmade filthy bed! Went down to complain and the Manager did not even attempt to make it right! She was RUDE and was pissed we were bothering her sleep. I've NEVER experienced such complete and utter lack of professionalism. They also had the gall to bill us for two rooms! Save yourself the trouble and keep going. The manager of this hotel should be fired!
