Overall, the hotel and its grounds are lovely. There are several courtyards with grass, high trees, chairs and sometimes a fire ring or bocci game. There are also 2 pools, 2 hot tubs, and very interesting architecture. There is a lot of unique brick work, like twisted brick columns and fireplaces. They also give you a free bottle of wine from the winery in the back. The ornate, wood staircase is very pretty. My friend and I stayed in 2 loft rooms, which werenât great. They were a good size with furniture, bathroom and carpeting in good shape. The problem was the a/c flow was inconsistent -sometimes it was nice and cool, and other times warmer (which means I donât sleep). The shower water was also an inconsistent temperature, varying from cold to hot. And the loft rooms sit just above the restaurant with 2 outdoor porches with more seating (allowing more noise to float to our windows). The noise from the restaurant was significant at night. I talked to the front desk and maintenance man about fixing the a/c and shower several times. The maintenance guy admitted he was new. He was very nice and came up twice, but didnât fix the problems. So I tried to speak to a manager, who was never there. One day I was told the manager doesnât come in until 2:30 pm? We were out being tourists and never got to speak to him. And he/she also never reached out to me even though I had complained (nicely) several times. So overall, Iâd say itâs a beautiful hotel with relatively reasonable room rates for Napa, but the maintenance and management is lacking.

My daughter and her boyfriend had stayed here in the past and recommended it to us. It did not disappoint. First, Marie was a dream to work with and arranged everything from dinner reservations to macaroons in our room. They offer free wine tastings at several very good wineries. Our room was lovely with a great view of the vineyard and 2 fireplaces. We saw a giant coyote and then a family of rabbits. Luckily not at the same time! The gym is well equipped and most of the time I was the only one there. They also offer coffee, hot tea and pastries each morning in the main building and have a fun games area complete with bocce and hammocks. I loved walking around the grounds every morning and look forward to coming back when the vineyards are growing and more of the flowers are in bloom. Also donât miss the koi pond. The fish are sweet and very friendly! Overall we found the Harvest Inn to be a delightful place to stay while visiting the Napa Valley area and we will be back for certain.

As a couples trip, we booked Harvest Inn for the sole purpose to visit the local wineries. Booking process was easy and we received correspondences directly from the hotel confirming our reservation. We were expecting to arrive early and requested an early check in which, of course, we knew that was not a guarantee. On the day we arrived, Jasmine noticed us that our room was ready which we were absolutely thrilled! After over 8 hour flights, it was extremely beneficial for us to have our room ready to settle in, change clothes and make it to our first winery. The hotel is beautiful, we were blessed to have a room that overlooked Whitehall Lane vineyards. It was absolutely a gorgeous view to wake up. There was a fireplace in our room which we used especially during those colder nights. The amenities are amazing! The partnership wineries and the service shuttle were by far the number 1 reason we chose to stay at Harvest Inn. We utilized both services and had a phenomenal time. Other amenities that caught us by surprise were the complimentary coffee, 2 bottles of water in the room (daily), the Whitehall Lane complimentary bottle of wine, Friday night local wine tasting and an amazing happy hour at the hotel bar. A huge thank you to Eddie and Edgar who rotated shifts when we utilized the car service. Fabian at the bar mixed us a delicious manhattan during HH. Marie who was warm and welcoming during the hotelâs wine tasting. Overall, this hotel was wonderful, it exceeded our expectations and we would be honored to return as guests. It should be noted there were some unfortunate experiences we endured: 1. We were informed there were complimentary daily pastries and 2 mornings we arrived at 8am, there were no pastries. When we asked if they were going to put anymore out we were told ânoâ and they are only allowed to put out a maximum of 2 plates of pastries every morning. The pastries were small and they werenât on big plates. It was a bit disappointing since we enjoyed having the pastries during our first morning and they were delicious! Unfortunately, that 1 morning was the only time they were available. 2. After the above occurred, we grabbed self serviced coffee that we were told âjust brewedâ and it was old, cold and stale. It was replaced after we told them and it was much better. 3. One morning we had absolutely no hot water neither in the sink or the shower. We told one front desk and by the time we returned from our day the problem was fixed but it wasnât a great start to our morning that one day. 4. We had an ADA room but there was minimal storage for us to place our clothing or underneath the bathroom sink to store our personal care items. 5. Lastly, and this one is silly, but based on previous reviews / photos I was looking forward to the CO Bigelow toiletries but those were not provided. Nonetheless, with all of the minimal issues indicated above, we would book Harvest Inn again. The amenities were a huge perk and we would love to find out if their winery partnership rotates, and if so how often or when? Because we want to return soon!

Great Room. Great location. Nice staff. Pretty there. It seems like this hotel has many different kinds of room layouts and we stayed in a duplex kind of building that was by the pool on the eastern side of the property. We had a small suite with one large bath and it was perfect for our little family. I would definitely go back again.

Beautiful small hotel with lovely landscaping & good sized, comfy rooms. Although close to the highway & town, it was very secluded & felt like being in a woodsy retreat. We appreciated having an onsite restaurant & bar as well as the complimentary wine tasting passes. We visited a few lovely wineries that were new to us even though we frequently visit the Napa Valley. They do request that you buy some wine at the wineries you visit but thatâs fine as wine we tasted was great. I am recovering from a significant health issue & couldnât have picked a better place to relax.
