Check in was efficient but not very friendly. My room was upstairs (no lift) and I did find the steps a bit challenging with my bags. Once I was in the room it was ok. Very clean, A bit dated but it seemed like some of the rooms are in the process of being refurbished. The shower was excellent and the water was hot. Fridge, coffee maker and microwave. Wifi worked well. Easy parking though the spaces were not massive.

Excellent space. Excellent price. The location is across from the gondola to the resort. Fabulous. Clean and comfortable. The check in process with Mitch was speedy and professional. Awesome staff. Enjoyable experience.

We have been here a few hours at Heavenly Inn with my family of four. I can honestly say I am not too impressed. Thi is a very no frill hotel. There is a tiny cracker box parking lot .that makes things difficult. There have a very dangerous outdated staircase leading to the second level rooms. It is snowing heavily, and trying to get luggage up and down this slippery staircase is not cool. The room is basically 2 queen beds, a small bathroom, and a tiny kitchen area with no stove. No safe in the room. A room heater that looks like it was installed in the 1980's. Really, the only real positive is the location which is nice. Watch out with management here..they are one of the very few places in the tahoe area who WILL NOT..cancel a reservation. As marriott & Hilton vacation club members, we are used to a certain standard while traveling. This place does not Meet our standards but in a last minute pinch..it does suffice. We will most likely not stay here again

Hotel is rundown, furniture is just pieces of wood put together, not even painted over. Beds are uncomfortable, pillows are horrible and you will freeze with the sheets and comforters they have. To top it off their staff is extremely rude for no reason, in particular the male receptionist they have.

- there was a whole mound of chewed gum stuck to the floor in the middle of the room - there was mold in the bathroom - the sheets and pillows triggered some bad allergies - there was construction and loud banging in the room above us until midnight. It started again early in the morning. I reported the noise at night. When I tried to complain in the morning, no one was answering the in-room or main phone lines. - They have a price sheet for what happens when you happen to dirty a towel prominently displayed to try to nickel and dime you. This place is THE WORST. Save yourself a few bucks and stay at a Motel 6. You’ll surely have a better experience.
