Extended Stay America Suites Los Angeles Simi Valley

No hot water for days!!! Horrible hospitality. There is no professionalism they do not care and are rude. Dog poop and pee where you walk. Dogs off leash attack you in stairwell. Laundry machines do not work. Basically it’s opposite of Four Seasons 😂. Workers and guests smoke regularly at every entrance no regard for others or laws——both weed and cigarettes. Not a professional or legal environment.

This hotel dirty, in a sketchy area and is old. The hallways are very dim, barely lit and creepy, and our room was a flashback to the 1990's. The fire alarm kept going off for no reason at 6am. The Grab & Go Breakfast was coffee and packaged muffins, so awful. I do not recommend staying here.

The front desk staff are very helpful and friendly. Always accommodating my needs. The hotel was well maintained and clean. If I needed suggestions for local restaurants or activities they gave great advice. Thank you for such a great time.

The staff here is fantastic. Super friendly and nice. The hotel is very quiet and conveniently located next to the highway, restaurants and stores. The rooms are clean with comfortable beds, recliner and desk. The wifi is good 95% of the time with is 100% better than most hotels.

Room cleaned regularly; Staff (Jaryleen, Elsi, Nariuch, Cianna, Yousef & Gelani & Aliuch) were available 24/7. Friendly, courteous, and professional. Kitchen, stove & refrigerator was great to have in the room while we stayed for 6 weeks while our house was being fixed from the hurricane winds took off our roof & rain damaged our ceilings. It was very stressful and the Staff was a comfort throughout our stay.
