Casa Del Mar

Having stayed here before we were expecting a good experience. Booked a different room type which was great by the pool. The finish and quality right through the hotel is perfect, every staff member are right on the button in terms of care and kindness, whilst always being genuine. The bar and lounge areas are beautifully furnished and so comfortable. In the evening great live music embellishes. Location is obviously unbeatable. I don’t think you can improve on this for a stay in Santa Monica or LA. Perfection.

The staff at the hotel is incredible!! Front desk, managers, valet housekeeping. They all go above and beyond! Special shoutout to Dalacely, who took really good care of us, Brian, Zack and the front desk staff, just to name a few. Food is also great and they have live music most nights of the week in the lobby bar. Great spot to unwind and have a drink.

Sure, it's expensive, but it's well worth the indulgence. Our room had a great ocean view, and the room service was excellent. You also have many options for walking, biking, or rollerblading along the beach, and the restaurant serves good food.

Staying at Casa Del Mar was a dream come true! The location is unbeatable—right on the beach in Santa Monica, offering breathtaking ocean views and immediate access to the sand. We loved exploring the area on bikes, cruising along the beachfront paths—it’s such a wonderful way to soak in the sunshine and coastal vibe. The service was top-notch, with friendly and attentive staff who made every moment special. From check-in to dining recommendations, the team went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcomed and cared for. The only minor glitch was with the high-tech lighting system in the room, which was a little tricky to figure out at first. However, it was a small hiccup in an otherwise flawless stay. I can’t wait to return to Casa Del Mar for another luxurious getaway. It’s the perfect blend of comfort, elegance, and beachside fun. Highly recommend!

From the greeting at the door to the turndown service, this hotel treats you like a real VIP. We enjoyed the room service dining, pool and hot tub overlooking the beach and a deep soaking tub. Car service provided in the local area, good vehicles. Great entertainment programming on the tv, and interesting reading in Waves Magazine.
