Highly recommend this hotel. Excellent customer service. Sam, Shaheeb, and Adnon, have been amazing throughout our stay here. Centrally located just blocks from the beach, and family atmosphere make this the perfect getaway. 5 Stars!!

I found myself unexpectedly needing to stay overnight in Santa Cruz on a trip and this hotel was in a convenient location. The price was competitive (off-season) although I had to negotiate away the parking fee which was not stated until I checked in. The staff was fine and the room was clean and as well appointed as one could reasonably expect for accommodations in this price range.

Room was fine. Spa was hot but jets didn't work. When I told front desk he said he they did work so we didn't push the subject. Alots of kids with surfboards partying but they quieted down by 10pm. Good location Breakfast was okay coffee in room..

My husband and I stay at this hotel 2 to 3 times a year for the past several years. It is always clean and the staff are friendly. It is walking distance to the Boardwalk. "Deluxe" rooms have the balconies. There is an elevator. The pool is clean and there are ample chairs and lounges. There's also seating outside the pool area and evening string lights are festive. This is our go to spot for Santa Cruz!!

No star at all. I recently had an awful experience at this hotel. The room was dirty and disgusting, with hairs all over the bed and mold in the bathroom. The bathroom’s door didn’t lock. There was a strong smell of pee everywhere, and loud kids' noises continued until 10 pm. The smoke detector was hanging from the ceiling, which felt unsafe. The staff was not friendly at all.. It was so disrespectful and disappointing that when we asked for change of room, they aggressively made nonsense excuses and made us to leave at 10:30 pm (my 13 years old boy and I). I strongly advise against staying at this hotel. I will take my complaint to the city soon.
