We have stayed at the Biltmore at least 6 times and always love it. The service is amazing. The amenities are amazing. The gardens are beautiful. The Coral Casino across the road gives you access and the pool is one of the best in the world. The beach is lovely and gets such pretty sunsets, perfect fur dm evening walk. Even the food is ok (I’m not making down for food because hotel food is always under par). It’s our special place.

My wife and I recently visited the Biltmore in early March, and while the grounds and rooms at the hotel are about as spectacular as they come, the service at the Biltmore exceeded my already-high expectations. My wife and I met at a nearby college in Montecito, and we decided to celebrate our 10 year anniversary with a trip around the world, ending at the Biltmore. We ran into a number of travel issues related to COVID-19 during our trip, forcing us to change and skip certain destinations on the way and eventually to take an emergency flight back to the United States. When the staff at the Biltmore heard about the issues with our anniversary trip, they gave us a massive room upgrade and provided us with exceptional service at every turn. It was a truly exceptional stay, and we could not be more grateful.

Before our visit, I called to make sure they were disinfecting well and was told they were; but then when we arrived for our Sunday brunch on the 15th, we noticed that a front desk employee and a SERVER were coughing. My partner and I contracted covid-like symptoms three days later and are now awaiting testing. This outing was the only time we’ve left the house. Expected more responsible behavior from such a place.

Outstanding Cabin, outstanding service, outstand food. This is a 5* resort and perfectly run by most professional staff possible. Location is spectacular and a must for the best 4 Seasons in the West.

Hotel rooms need serious updating. Food is not on par with other four seasons properties and service at the restaurant is not good. For the price the level of this hotel should be much better. Spa and amenities are nice.
