Jay was very helpful with all my needs and went above and beyond to help me have an amazing stay. I had some issues with my stay (which were my own fault) and jay made sure that everything worked out great and that my stay was the best experience I could have.

Had a very comfortable stay and Anita C makes the best glitter margarita ever!! And the jacuzzi was awesome to soak in before sleep. The restaurant had great food and love the convenience of 24 hour grab and go. Close to everything including south coast plaza.

Beautiful service from Tanisha. Great personality to match. She sold me on her hotel it is now my favorite. Zessa you have a winner in her. The hotel is beautiful and staff I interacted with was very nice and friendly. The 5 days I was there coffee shop was good.

Rooms and hotel were very clean, location is close to the airport and not far from Disneyland. Staff was friendly and they have a small restaurant, food was decent though service is a little slow, so make sure you have plenty of time if you choose dine. Overall would stay again if I had business in the area.

Tanisha was a great host. Helped answer all my questions. Room was very clean and kept up. I enjoyed the stay. The maids kept the room clean. The restaurant is nice and there is a lot of things to do in the area. Shopping is.very close and not that far from Disney or an Angel's ballgame.
