Omni San Francisco Hotel

We contracted with the Omni Hotel for our wedding guest room block, and it was truly one of the best decisions we made! Our friends and family went out of their way to tell us how kind, accommodating, and helpful the staff were throughout the entire weekend. Solomon Walker, the Assistant Director, reached out ahead of time to coordinate thoughtful touches that made our parents feel especially welcome. He responded quickly to our requests and proactively arranged ADA rooms for our older guests to ensure their comfort. His attentiveness and care were a shining example of San Francisco hospitality. We also want to shout out Firaaz and Tyler at the front desk, who were incredibly helpful with a last-minute need. They personally welcomed our guests and made sure everyone felt taken care of. Thanks to them—and the whole Omni team—our wedding weekend was seamless and stress-free. We’re so grateful!

The overall experience was fantastic. Rooms are comfortable and service is great. The personnel is super helpful and fun to talk with. Adam, JR and Firaaz gave me insightful advices to enjoy the city at its best and contributed to make my stay memorable.

Incredible staff and service! Easily walkable because it's in a flat part of town and easy access to public transportation. Absolutely would stay again. Firaaz had excellent advice on restaurants and Jasmine, the loyalty ambassador, took great care of us! We can't wait to stay at an Omni again.

Everything was great! From the valet, (Ty) doorman, bellhop, the wait staff at the bar, (Barrett) and especially the front desk, (Jon, Destiny, Rico) my wife and I were treated so well! Nothing but smiles and kind words from everybody! I mentioned to Destiny on a phone call the week before we stayed there that it was our anniversary weekend and she surprised us with strawberries and champagne in the room. What a kind and thoughtful gesture! All of the top notch touches you would expect from a fine hotel I found at the Omni. Comfortable bed, coffee in the room, refrigerator in the room, robes, beautiful bathroom setup etc. We enjoyed a nice meal at the bar in the hotel. The cable cars run right outside on California Street so it's a very convenient and fun mode of public transportation. I highly recommend the Omni when staying in San Francisco.

My husband and I think Firaaz at the front desk is the reason our stay was so great. He had beyond exceptional service and we really appreciated him! Hotel is average but Firaaz made it a 5 star. Nothing wrong with the hotel just wouldn’t give it 5 stars honestly as nothing was exceptional besides Firaaz!
