The location is perfect, the hotel is very clean and the personal very polite and helpful except one man who was very judging and a bit rude. The room is missing kettle and microwave but besides that I had a great stay for work, with my service dog

This was a great hotel. Amazing proximity to union square. The staff upgraded our room & gave us a bottle of wine to welcome us and were very super helpful when we had to check out early due to a family emergency. We would stay again they were very nice.

This was a lovely boutique hotel, gorgeous decor and really friendly, helpful staff. We loved the Peace and Love theme. We had delicious food in the restaurant and played a few games in the fab games room. It was a good location for central San Francisco and all the shops and cable cars. It was also a short taxi ride to Fisherman’s wharf.

Great little boutiqe hotel. In union square accross from the JW Marritt. Staff is very helpful and they will valet your car. The staff was super nice and helpful. Bar and restaurant good. There game room is pretty cool, basketball, skeet ball, shuffle board too!

Nice hotel,nice location.Was surprised on check out to be charged $206 $175 of this charge was for amenities.When we queried this charge we were informed it was for the games room.We are two elderly and thought this charge was unfair.Rest of charges;occupancy tax,California tourism tax,SF moscone expansion district assessment and SF tourism improvement district assesssment.So overall it proved to be a expensive hotel regarding these extra charges.
