Hotel Zelos San Francisco

The room was pretty good, nice large bed and a large tub. The windows to the outdoors were dirty though and our room only had one small window across about a quarter of the wall. The artwork on the walls in the rooms is for sure not for everyone. Sort of creepy robotic faces and such. The bar on site had great a whiskey selection and provided a full educational experience. The lobby was VERY chaotic the morning we left. They were building something a huge alien snow man commando statue thing? One of the elevators was broken. There were people everywhere and it was hard to move around. Not exactly a good environment. That said, the staff were nice and helpful.

I booked this hotel specifically because of the location... and it DID NOT disappoint! The view from the room was spectacular and despite being near a busy street, the noise was minimal if anything at all. The bed was really comfy and I loved how close it was to lots of shopping and food choices, without having to drive.

Hotel Zelos absolutely exceeded expectations! From the moment we arrived, Jaz and Jeff at the front desk were incredibly welcoming and accommodating—even though we showed up early. Their helpfulness set the tone for a fantastic stay. The location is unbeatable: steps away from fantastic shopping and surrounded by some of the best restaurants in the city. We loved exploring the vibrant neighborhood without needing to travel far. Our room was spotless, quiet, and surprisingly spacious. The bed was so comfortable that we slept soundly every night, which isn’t always easy in a bustling city. The modern design and thoughtful amenities made it feel like a luxurious retreat. Highly recommend Hotel Zelos for its prime location, stellar service, and comfy rooms. We’ll definitely be back on our next trip to SF!

Excellent location, friendly staff and comfortable rooms. Rooms are newly renovated and very quiet, we all slept well despite being nearby a busy road. Close to shopping and restaurants. Target, Neiman Marcus, Louis Vuitton are all nearby, so there's something for every shopper. Not too many homeless around the immediate area, so you should feel safe. This is a busy area, so it's just easier to get a Waymo or Uber instead of fighting traffic. Excellent jumping off point to begin a San Francisco adventure. Would definitely stay here again.

Had an amazing stay at Hotel Zelos! The location is unbeatable with Trader Joe’s next door and Ross for bargain shopping across the road plus Lark bar just steps away. Big thanks to Amish and Jeff for a smooth check-in and sightseeing information which are all not too far away and to Michael for an easy check-out. Steve at the bar was super friendly and shared great local tips. The room was cozy, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the pillows were the best I’ve had at any hotel.
