Hotel Union Square

Alex and Angelo are the best and so helpful and nice! We had a great interaction with them every time! The hotel is clean and charming. So many beautiful details. The starlite bar is very cool too and was surprisingly bumping on a Thursday. Would definitely go back!

We had a short but enjoyable stay at the Beacon Grand. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel welcome and well looked after. Special thanks to Alex and Angelo, who helped us with our luggage and ensured we were settled comfortably in our room. Their warm, professional manner and attention to detail left a lasting impression, and it was clear that guest comfort is a top priority at this hotel. The hotel's common areas are lovely. The lobby's historic features and ornate and impressive. Guests spent time enjoying the two seating areas in the lobby. The Starlight Room is neat. The hotel is right on the Powell Street cable car line. I liked the flowers in the lobby. I liked the dark color scheme of my room, The bed was comfortable. The bedding was high quality.

This hotel is a great place to stay if you’re ever in San Francisco. The treatment is second to none, specially if you get to deal with Jojit at the reception, Jojit’s welcoming and professionalism makes the experience even better. I’ve stayed several times and I’ll definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing stay at the Beacon Grand - from the moment we walked in we were assisted with our bags (we don't normally allow that), to the check in and given 2 drink coupons to enjoy the bar, which was amazing! The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. It's in a great location in Union Station and were able to easily walk to the convention center (15 minute walk).
