This is no longer an Extended Stay America. This place is now called Extended Studio Hotel and my husband and I had a terrible experience here. We arrived at 3:30pm (check-in was at 3pm) and were told that our room wasn't ready because it hadn't been cleaned yet and would take 10-15 minutes. So we waited the 15 minutes. We were then told the hot water wasn't working and it would be another 10-15 minutes. Finally at 4 we were allowed to go to our room. The hallways outside the room were absolutely filthy and looked like they hadn't been vacuumed in days. The hallways and room also had a persistent smell of weed smoke. When we got into the room we noticed we had no pillowcases. We went down to the front desk to tell them and were told someone would bring them right up. 30 minutes later, still no pillowcases so we called the front desk and were told they would be right there. After getting the pillowcases and putting them on the pillows ourselves we see that the bed doesn't even have a blanket. So back down to the front desk to ask for blankets. We also didn't have any washcloth or hand towel and had to ask for those as well. When we tried going to sleep, the mattress was so cheap and worn out that we could feel all the coils pressing into us. There was no way we could fall asleep so my husband tried asking for a couple of extra blankets to place on the bed as padding. He was told no. We left and didn't even stay the 2 nights we had booked. No apology from the front desk when we left and no apology from the manager the next day when I called to speak to him about our experience.

This is *not* an Extended Stay America. They apparently bugged out, and someone else bought the place and is "managing" it. It is now named "Extended Studio Hotel". I reserved it here on Tripadvisor, where it is terribly misrepresented as the wrong place with the wrong things. Extended Stay America? Nope. Free grab-and-go breakfast as promised? Nope. (Just coffee.) Non-smoking? The halls smelled of cigarette and pot smoke. Kitchenware in the kitchen? Nope, completely barren cupboards. Maybe at least a coffee maker, coffee, and cups? Nope, nothing. Working key cards. Nope! They tried reprogramming keys five times, and came up to the room to fiddle with the lock for ten minutes twice. Never worked. They had to let us into our room. Shampoo in the bathroom. Nope. At least they had some at the desk. Light bulbs that worked? Two out of five. They said they would send someone up to fix them. No one ever came. Working room phone to call the front desk about all the problems? Not so much. The handset didn't work, and speakerphone barely worked — I had to hold the phone base to my head to hear it. Usable Wi-Fi? Nope. Monumentally slow (ping time measured in seconds). We had to use our phone hotspots instead. Clean windows maybe? No, filthy. How about the promised "premium bedding" and "down duvet"? Hah! No. The provided sheet and blanket were so thin, it was almost as if they weren't even there. Could they have, just perhaps, mounted the doors to the fridge and freezer so that they would be open towards the kitchen instead of towards the wall? No, they could not. Could they at least paint over bare patches of wall where something had been pulled off? That's a no. Overall one of the worst places I've ever stayed at (and I have stayed at many), as well as the most incorrectly documented in Tripadvisor.

Bathroom was dirty and there was mold in the ceiling. Carpeting was dirty and horrible. There were no cups for coffee in the morning, nor were there any muffins or pastries. My daughter and I were very disappointed. When I hear Extended Stay, I think of a clean room and that is not what we experienced.
