This hotel is very friendly. We always run into Kirk who is a bellboy. This gentleman is super awesome and goes the extra mile to always help us out. I have stayed there a few times and every time I run into this gentleman we always have great conversations and he is willing to help us out. Definitely will be back at this hotel in the future because of this gentleman. Thank you Kirk. Youāre the best.

I personally would like to thank Maurico and the rest of team for allowing my family a welcome stay at the hotel and an overall experience. He was very professional, kind and addressed all questions. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

We had a 5 out of 5 experience. From the time we arrived Kirk was there at the curb to whisk us (and our bags) through check-in and we were in our room in probably under 10 minutes. Our king room was beautiful, clean, and the view overlooking the pool and San Diego harbor was bright and lovely.

This was our first time in San Diego, and the property of the intercontinental was wonderful! We rented a vehicle & enjoyed speaking with the valet especially since they were from the area and had great recommendations on sites to see & places to go! Tyler was one of our favorites in valet. He got to know our family, and my three-year-old loves seeing him every time we pick up/drop off the vehicle.
