Extended Stay America Suites San Diego Mission Valley Stadiu

This was our first time staying at extended stay and we honestly Had such a great experience. The manager Laura Briceno helped us get situated and made some great recommendations as to where we could get some things we needed for our stay as well as a couple different recommendations where to eat. It’s always true the locals know the best places to eat. She had fresh towels sent up to our room and made sure our room was nice and clean when we returned from our outing for the day! This place is an 11 out of 10 . Guest service and hospitality made us feel at home. Don’t hesitate to book your stay here and ask for Laura !

Came here with my Family for a little getaway & was immediately greeted by Ron & Susana. the person who made the stay more enjoyable was Laura. She was extremely helpful and gave us tips on where to go around the area. Thank you Laura. We’ll b back

Booked a night before and received a phone call at 6:30 on the day of the first night stay. They overbooked, I booked a double bed for my family of four. They offered a single. They didn’t have any other room but a single. I had no choice. I was going to sleep on the floor and my family on the bed. There was no trash can anywhere to be found in room or bathroom. I had to ask for one at the front desk. I found a dead roach in the fridge, I could live with that, no biggie. My 3yr old was laying on the bed and a roach was crawling on. Her left side of the pillow she laid her head on. We got our things and left.

My extensive travels throughout the United States have led me to stay at numerous hotels, but what made your Extended Stay America stand out is your exceptional general manager, Daniel Angeles, whom my family and I hold in the highest esteem. He created a warm and welcoming ambience at the hotel, making it truly feel like home, and setting the tone for our entire stay. No matter how busy, he always greeted each guest by name, and with a smile, attending to everyone’s needs in a timely fashion. Throughout the past two years, I have observed Daniel handle various challenging situations with diligence and can attest that his exceptional professionalism and managerial abilities are truly impressive. Daniel consistently went above and beyond to ensure the best possible guest experience. His leadership and decision making skills are truly extraordinary, as is his ability to communicate with guests to resolve any issue. It his my hope that Extended Stay America will recognize such an outstanding employee. On a personal note, I want to take this opportunity to thank Daniel for making our stay such a wonderful one. We have so many fond memories of our time at Murphy Canyon; you and your team will forever be hold a special place in our hearts.

Exceptional customer service, Daniel I believe he’s the manager was very helpful when we had to check in as we were displaced because of the floods in San Diego, he made us feel welcome and at home despite all that we were going through, I cannot thank him enough, nor could we ever repay his hospitality. Great customer serviceand I would recommend this place to anybody. It’s a peaceful environment and he really does take care of this extended stay if it were his own personal business he cares about the customers that come through the door genuinely and you can tell that it’s not fake at all thank you, Extended StayAmerica and thank you thank you thank you, Daniel.
