Jessica at the front desk was fantastic! Above and beyond! She turned a potential disaster into a fantastic stay. Her willingness and ability to meet my needs with a smile and great attitude made all the difference. 😀 I have explored several.of the local hotels, and the service here will keep.me coming back

CLEAN LOCATION‼️ Very friendly staff!! Bee at the front desk and Ashley was very helpful, that made this trip 100x better! They’re the sweetest!! My favorite part was the yogurt bar at breakfast😊My kids loved the waffles!! Way to go SB Staybridge !! 💪

The lady who was working the front desk named Kim made our stay annoying and uncomfortable because she was constantly giving us two towels when I asked for four! Then the towels she gave us had huge yellow stains when my child used it ! Told her when I went to give it back and this lady just said oops and gave us another stained towel. Was so fed up I went and bought towels because she seemed so clueless and greedy with giving out towels !

Just wanted to shout out the front desk guy at night named Jan who was amazing ! super friendly and gave us a warm welcoming atmosphere. Checked us in and gave us information about places open to eat and spots to go checkout in Redlands. The room was clean and Jan also made sure we had enough towels and blankets! Would recommend this hotel in the future to family and friends.
