Motel 6 Sacramento CA South Sacramento & Elk Grove

These people steal Out of people deposit. They will say you stole a dirty motel 6 blanket to keep your deposit. They’re not friendly and treat you like you’re a criminal and not not a visitor .the internet was going down and hard to check in with front desk .

I love to stay in Motel 6 or Studio6 whenever i go out of town. This place is okay there’s a lot of nearby to eat. The only thing is we had a dirty sheets and since we got a room near the pool the kids were so loud at 7-8pm and so we had to call the front. Friendly Staff that’s all

we spent 5 days there and the staff was great, the room was great and clean but using the internet there was the worse experince i have ever had at any motel 6 or any other motel i have ever stayed at. we had only 1 bar signal strength and when we did get connected, it was disconnected really fast and they even reset the modem which improved the internet service for a short time but then went back to being terrible. i would recommend the motel for anyone who wants a nice room but dont care if they have internet service or not. and if they do want internet service to ask for a room close to the motel office.

Rooms were very clean. Staff was very friendly, professional and courteous. The manager was very attentive and went out of his way to make sure any questions or concerns were immediately addressed. There was around the clock, visible security and a plus, a Denny's was right next door.

I hate this place-people who work there are rude, Management is the worse I have ever seen. I had a situation where I became homeless and stayed her 3 times because it was convenient and cheap. The second time we stayed there was a miscommunication with money and I was kicked out for about 2 hours until I paid which I did no problem, no questions asked, back in my room. Third time I drove back from Salinas after a trial for the man who ran over and killed my daughter I arrived at 10:00 p.m. my boyfriend and my dog had a room. I get there and find out I am banned from the motel, I just want to sleep I am drained emotionally but no won't allow me to stay so I end up driving another 1 1/2 hrs home. Wrote an e-mail to Motel 6 and never heard a word. Will NEVER stay at a Motel 6 again !!!!
