We had a King interior, which I recommend since you donāt have to worry about freeway noise (no pool noise while we were there). Our room had lots of space and an electric fireplace, which was very nice. The bed was comfortable, and the pillows were softer (our preference) than you find at many hotels. Room was very clean, and housekeeping kept us well supplied with towels. We were very pleased to find that there were two EV chargers for guest use! It was not mentioned anywhere in the hotel website. They have both CCS1 and Chademo. Breakfast omelets were terrific, and the breakfast bar offers flavored syrups to doctor your coffee. Could have used more fruit, though.

I I stayed at the Ayres Redlands/Loma Linda hotel for two nights with my daughter, who was there for a competition, and we had a disappointing experience. First, I had booked a room with a king bed and a sofa, but upon check-in, I was given a room without a sofa. No problem, we could share the bed. However, the room they assigned us (Room 115) was at the far end of the hallway, and it turned out to be next to the hotel's electrical room. I was disturbed all night by staff coming in and out of that room, dropping things, slamming doors, and talking loudly. When I shared this concern after the first night, I was told the hotel was sold out and no other rooms were available. Unfortunately, we had to endure another night of noise, leaving my daughter with less than three hours of sleep before her competition. My message to the hotel is this: please do not assign guests to Room 115, especially knowing that staff are constantly going in and out during the night. If that room must be used, I urge you to ask your staff to be more considerate of noise during the night.

The rooms were comfortable and spacious. I love having a refrigerator and freezer and microwave with a coffee maker! Breakfast was made with real eggs freshly made and coffee was delicious! The pool and hot tub and ample seating areas inside and outside ( some covered) accommodated lots of friendly chats with reunion friends from Pacific HS and new acquaintances! Thank you to the organizers and Ayres and its friendly staff ( including a more recent PHS graduate)!

The hotel had a cozy, welcoming feeling. Our room was nicely decorated and all furniture was is perfect condition. The mattress and pillows were one of the best we've had. Plenty of outlets to charge devices, a quiet refrigerator, ceiling fan as well as a/c. A safe is provided as well. TV was large and a great selection of channels to view. The bathroom was large with a great shower and tub. We enjoyed the pool area and spa, and the morning complimentary breakfast had a person serving the hot eggs, potatoes, sausages etc., with many other choices as well. Overall, a very pleasant stay. We would definitely stay there again, and highly recommend it!

A far better experience than at most highway-adjacent hotels. Incredibly comfortable beds and a free breakfast featuring made to order omelets. The evening happy hour isn't much in terms of snacks, but if you want a bit of wine or a beer after a day on the road, it's very welcome. Great bang for buck.
