Lovely Hotel stayed for 2 nights Clean and well presented. Very friendly staff, always helpful and ensured your stay was the best it could be. Hotel is within walking distance for shopping and sightseeing. The pool area looks beautiful(my wife and I did not use due to weather) 45 minute journey from LAX, due to a couple of issues my wife and I had to taxi in cost $103.00 Lots of places to eat in walking distance of the hotel, not forgetting the hotel has a really good menu and the meal we did eat in the hotel was really nice. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a holiday in Pasadena, I would have no hesitation in booking again

Great location and a lovely eclectic lobby with a sunny outdoor patio to sit and read, work or meet. The Boy and the Bear across the street has divine coffee from 7am. We had a smallish room but did see rooms with free standing baths and seating areas. Lovely views of the mountains from the room. As other reviews have mentioned, no coffee/ tea in the rooms and limited amenities (nice shower gel, shampoo & conditioner). The pool area (3rd floor) is beautiful with plenty of lounges. You can order food and drink at the pool using a QR code. Parking $29/ night. Would definitely stay again.

Pool is heavily chlorinated but the restaurants and shops and museums nearby make this a perfect place to stay.

Beautifully preserved hotel lobby. The location offered access to many restaurants and shops. Short drives to The Huntington Library & Museum and the Norton Simon Museum.
