Delos Reyes Palm Springs

I was traveling solo and had to stop at some point. I called the hotel and they booked me in 10 minutes without any issues. It is not a super new hotel, there is some wear and tear visible in some places but the room was clean, quiet, and charges a truly pet friendly amount, unlike most hotels in that area. The booking was smooth and all worked very well and very fast. The checkout was also very simple, no fuss. There is plenty of green space around to walk your furry babies. It is the first time I am using Travelodge and I was very impressed.

Room was extremely dirty and horribly smell, trouble with key . Carpet soak wet not able to accommodate to provide another room , had to leave and spend more money somewhere else. Location needs more lighting , pot holes in parking lot . Very old building

Room was somewhat dingy. Cheap prices aside I would have preferred they took better care of the property. There were food stains on the stairway up to my room all weekend that had not been addressed. There were stains and damage on the walls in the room as well as a bath tub that had been fixed many times and just looked like a patch work solution. Front desk staff are very friendly but the property could use an overhaul on most of the rooms.

The beds were very neat and comfy and the staff with Luis at the front and the chill security guy were all great with my needs! Including the one time I had to go to the front to wait on an early ride share. Also it is very accessible to nearby local restaurants and other joints even by walking. Would recommend again!

Don't get me wrong, this place is not a 5 star Hotel. With that being said, the rooms are clean, simple and you can't beat the value. Our room had newer vinyl floors. The bed was comfortable. Good location and parking. Steve at the front desk was outstanding.
