SpringHill Suites Napa Valley

SpringHill Suites is extremely overpriced for what it delivers. It's your typical American chain suite hotel that aims for an upper-moderate experience but falls short in every way except for the pricing. The décor is average, with the usual carpets, granite countertops, and dated bathtubs with unattractive curtains. The biggest issue was the air conditioning-it was so loud, it felt like having a Boeing engine inside the room at night. Definitely not the relaxing stay I expected for the price.

A great venue. Marriott and its staff saved a chunk of our holiday from being a disaster! We had been misled and let down by a nearby Hilton residency! The barman was friendly and hospitable. Breakfast was sufficient and the hotel’s position was ideal for our needs

Beautiful hotel in Napa. We stayed three nights and used this as a base for our San Francisco stops. Conveniently located just off the highway. Lovely outdoor pool but sadly the hot tub was still broken. The outdoor space with fire pit was also very nice. Room was spacious and clean and they serviced it every day.

Husband and I came here for a relax-by-the-pool babymoon weekend right before the birth of our second baby. We had a nice time. What the hotel lacks in polish, it makes up for with really nice, helpful staff and decent amenities. Pros: - we were initially assigned a small, first floor, cave-like room facing the parking lot and the management was able to reassign us to a much nicer 3rd floor room facing the pool! This made a huge difference in the quality of our stay. - the rooms have fully operable windows which was amazing. Do great to capture the cool breeze at night instead of running the noisy, stuffy AC - Beautiful pool and nice loungey area with big towels and configurable shade structure. The pool was busy but not too crowded which was nice. Water was lovely and very clean!! -all staff were incredibly kind and helpful -free EV charging was an awesome and unexpected perk -decent free breakfast Cons - older, smaller rooms with awkward layouts. Not a deal breaker for me. - they could really improve the free breakfast with a few small tweaks: 1. Please provide real coffee cups. Drinking coffee out of paper is such a drag plus it's just super wasteful. 2. Would love to see some fresh, cut fruit options 3. Ice at breakfast would be nice. - Location is meh. Know that you will be staying off a pretty busy street in basically a business/office park. This was a fine trade off but something to be aware of going into your stay. - too many tip solicitations signs everywhere. Makes the hotel feel cheap This would be a great, economical place to stay for an out of town family visiting napa for a wedding.

Had a pleasant overnight stay in a room that is good sized, comfortable and has helpful amenities such as a fridge and oven. The TV can swivel and the bed was comfortable. The small gym works for me as it was not crowded. However, the ice-machine did not work in level 3 and the non-heated swimming pool had lots of leaves and remnants that I didn't want to stay for long. The complimentary breakfast is a nice touch.
