Hilton Garden Inn Napa

Newer modern clean facility with nicely appointed lobby. Room is big and we got sit down breakfast included which was convenient. The place is about 2.5-3 miles (5 minute drive) from downtown Napa and is less money than the fancier hotels in that area. Lots of free parking and a great outdoor pool.

Other than our unsupportive beds needing to be changed out in room 312, we had a great stay! Hoping the manager will see this and fix bed situation. The made-to-order breakfast was amazing every morning and well worth the cost of staying here. My family enjoyed playing with the shuffle board table every time we returned from our day out. Everything in the hotel was sparkling clean and new!

Very nice hotel centrally located in Napa. Our room was huge and had all the amenities. We got a free bottle of wine for following the hotel on Instagram, which was a nice surprise. The pool and hot tub were closed which was very disappointing. They offered a game room and lots of fun things to do on the property for adults.

This property truly earned a 5 star review, and I am not one to just pass those out freely. From the beginning to then end of our visit, here is what this property did extraordinarily well. Parking: there is ample parking and it is clearly set apart from adjacent properties. Facility: from the moment you walk in, you can see that the staff care about their property and keep it very clean and pristine. Staff: they all were very welcoming and helpful from the moment we arrived and checked-in.; throughout the stay, whenever we went to the desk, they were amazing. Rooms: above average in cleanliness, working order (climate control/vent ran smoothly and quietly all night, bathrooms were extremely clean and modern, bed was very comfortbale). Noise: none...this property is set off from all main thoroughfares and is quiet all night long! Amenities: a small lounge area, a game area, a sit down meal area, and a small shopette with a very diverse array of products.

Very friendly and welcoming staff. Room was very clean. Front desk gave me wine tasting rooms open later, when I inquired. Great location and beautiful facility, conveniently located close to downtown Napa. l would definitely stay here again.
