Motel 6 Merced CA

Had a wonderful time, housekeeping was amazing I also love how they are pet friendly that’s a plus The little dog that greats everyone is so cute and friendly. The only downside is that they don’t have a pool :(

I recently visited a Motel 6 in Lompoc California and went outside about 5:30 right before work to get some ice and smoke a cigarette and a joint the front desk kicked me out and not only out but escorted me off the premises while my family was still in the hotel room I have no way of getting a hold of them because I left my phone and keys and everything just to get some ice. Worst place ever don't recommend Lompoc Motel 6 not only that they charge us about $200 for the night.

I woke up with huge bug bites all down my arms and the front office is horrible and rude wasn’t even there when I was ready to check out in the morning I do not recommend going there and I didn’t get my deposit back

Hi! Motel 6. I am a business owner of more than 30 years and on my way to a business convention in the Bay area I decided to stop here at the motel 6 on East Child's Ave in Merced for some rest. There was a very professional front guest agent named Thomas he made my experience feel as if I was checking into an Exclusive 5 star resort not motel 6. His customer service was impeccable and very professional. I may steal Him from Motel 6 because it's hard to find someone with great customer service like Thomas. Nevertheless,while Thomas made my experience great it was quickly soured by Marbella head of housekeeping. I had to ask other employees for her name because she refused to give it to me. Needless to say she was extremely rude and made me feel very uncomfortable there. She constantly would look at me and a few other guest with disgusting looks and did not treat me and a few other guest respectfully AT ALL! A few other guest and I during conversation were speaking about the hotel and found that we all had similar experiences with Marbella head of housekeeping and her disrespectful attitude. We all decided to make sure that we contact corporate with our concerns about Marbella head of housekeeping. As a business owner I have many resources to ensure that my concerns about this issue are meet promptly and properly! I am an angry customer because of Marbella and I will continue to get in touch with your corporate office until something is done. Motel 6 you will continue to hear from me and a few other guest no one should be treated so disrespectful where they spend there money. Get her away from your business before you lose your customer base!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thomas thank you for your outstanding customer service. Marbella thank you for making my experience hell when all I wanted was a restful day.I encourage no one to stay here until head of housekeeping is changed because you should spend your money where you are welcomed and not disrespected for spending your money.

Was not impressed with property. But what I was impressed with was Thomas at the front desk he made me feel at home away from home and went surly above and beyond for me and my pets. I have stayed at many hotels but his services Trump's them all I recommend if you are in the area of Merced and starve for great customer service see Thomas at Motel 6 on east Childs. Thank you Thomas I will be back just because of your service
