Days Inn by Wyndham Merced Yosemite Area

Clean rooms that are well furnished. Beds are comfortable. I'd say that it is about expected, maybe a little above expectations for a 2-star hotel. Breakfast provided included sausages, eggs, toast and a self-service fresh waffle station. A good selection of food. Front counter staff were friendly and very helpful. Only downside is that you can occasionally hear traffic from the freeway but not a big issue. Overall a great stay. Would definitely recommend this place

They had a great breakfast . It was located next to highway for easy in and out. Restaurants, fast food & Gas stations were nearby. It was Quiet and clean with helpful staff. We Stayed in a double deluxe room which had what we expected. The price was very reasonable.

Better than I expected! The room was fine, a bit of highway noise but, the air conditioner pretty much masked most of it. Clean, convenient, comfortable for my needs for an overnight stay. Great taco truck in the parking lot for Mexican food dinner. The young woman at the front desk when I checked in was excellent.

Customer service is relatively great, this place has a lot of potential if taken seriously. i would agree that the other reviews are honest however. it definitely lacks simple maintenance and hospitality skills. it is more of a “sleep only” type of place. but you buy cheap, you get cheap. The unhoused are allowed to sleep in the passways to the guest laundry. the Staff is not allowed to give change (2.50 for was, and again for dryer) but the store right over the alley is ready for this with 10$ rolls of q just for the guest, even though not affiliated. The problem is the key entry to the laundry is not working and anyone can enter. so take your chances that your stuff will be there. or stay in a nasty room for and hour at a time. The rooms are not bad and breakfast was fine. But again, the Staff try very hard to make up for the lack of support from the owners. They are knowledgeable and kind. Thank you to the staff, and I did take their suggestion and stayed at the days inn in Fresno, and it was great, say hi to Benny if you stop in there!
