Residence Inn by Marriott Los Angeles LAX Century Boulevard

The hotel, I HIGHLY RECOMMENDED, IT IS CLEAN, SAFE, AND THE STAFF IS GREAT!!! My family and I always stay at this hotel when we are in Los Angeles and for years the attention to details when servicing their guests has not changed. I have stayed at many Residence Inn throughout the country, this is my favorite hotel and this hotel has the BEST BREAKFAST. The breakfast staff takes extreme pride in their service and the food is great. They are caring and friendly and there to please and immediately take care of your needs. Food is presented in a clean and healthy environment. I have stayed at this hotel on many occasions and the breakfast is the BEST!! NEVER HAS IT CHANGED! They do an outstanding job. Always smiling and ready to help! I give them a 10 compared to other Residence Inn hotels. The front desk staff are extremely ACCOMMODATING and take care of your needs immediately. The rooms are CLEANED. FRESH BEDDINGS (my nose is very sensitive and knows when the room is not cleaned and the beddings have not been properly changed). The housekeeping is awesome. They do a great job. Security is great...they keep their eyes on everything...makes me feel very safe. I always have high expectations and this hotel has ALWAYs met them...on every visit. I love this hotel. IT IS A GREAT PLACE TO STAY IN LOS ANGELES!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

My wife and I stayed overnight at this hotel prior to an international flight the next day. We flew in from Prescott, AZ but had to wait an inordinate time for the shuttle, which is not clearly labeled RESIDENCE INN. The shuttle is labeled, "City Center," and despite watching multiple shuttles pass by for 40 minutes we never saw the shuttle until we called and were advised what to look for. We had a standard king room, which was very comfortable and quiet despite proximity to the airport. Breakfast the next morning was good and the staff did an excellent job. We spent a relaxing two hours hanging out by the pool, which was very relaxing, prior to our shuttle back to LAX. This was a Marriott reward stay, which is usually free--so I was surprised to see a $14.99 charge on my credit card, which I'm told is an airport tax. Be warned! Written April 5, 2025

We needed a place to stay overnight that was located near the airport, so Residence Inn LAX was the perfect location for us. We would not be arriving until close to midnight, but I had spoken with Jasmine earlier that day and she said she would make a note about our late arrival. When we arrived, our check-in was smooth and we were given a clean room with a comfortable bed. Breakfast the next morning was very nice and we were pleased with our entire stay. Thank you, Laura and Jasmine, for your kind hospitality!

This is a typical airport property, very close to LAX and offering a range of services on premise. The hotel has a convenient yet quite uncomfortable shuttle running every 30 minutes. It’s quite small and in my return it had people standing. We arrive close to 3 pm (official check in time is 4 pm) and were informed there were no rooms available (?). We had to wait almost 45 min. The room was huge and with all the amenities you can think of, yet very basic. Mattress and pillows were not impressive. A/C was noise. Internet service was great. Breakfast is quite basic and lacking variety. Pool is enough. Overall a good experience but nothing out of the ordinary.

We stayed here on March 4, 2025. We reserved a Larger studio 1 king with a sofa bed. Our check in experience was good. We had to ask for a luggage cart as they are kept out of sight. The room was extremely clean, roomy and complete with a kitchen. The bed was comfortable. Elevators were working but during certain hours, the room key needs to be scanned for the elevator to work . Breakfast was excellent. Plenty of choices available. If your plans include a rental car, pick it up the next morning instead of paying $50 per night to park your car at the garage across the street. This is the first time staying here. We normally have stayed at other upper end hotels in the area. The Residence Inn, in my opinion, is superior to the others. We will stay here again. I also noticed the increased level of security in different ways to protect the hotel and the guest. The airport shuttle is available and is appreciated.
