Right off the top I got greeted and welcomed by an employee name John Jairo! He directed me and assisted me with the best knowledge that Hotel Figueroa can provide. I felt safe and comfortable making the decision to stay at the most affordable hotel in Downtown Los Angeles. 5 stars for sure!

The customer service at this hotel is amazing. The front desk was very helpful throughout my entire stay. Every time I had a question or needed help with anything the front desk was very cordial and accomodating. Kudos to the management staff.

I had a fantastic experience with the valet service during my stay. John Jairo, Brandon, Brian and Jorge were all incredibly professional, friendly, and efficient. They greeted me with a smile every time and made sure my car was always ready when I needed it. It’s clear they take pride in their work, and their attention to detail really stood out. Big thanks to all those guys for making the valet experience smooth and stress-free!

This was an absolutely beautiful hotel that exceeded my expectations. The design is charming and has a classic old world feel to it. I had two meals here, dinner and brunch. Dinner was in Bar Magnolia, it was a bit busy and unfortunately the only tables available when we arrived were large coffee tables that are good for drinks, but difficult to eat dinner at. Otherwise it was an enjoyable experience. Brunch was very nice indeed in the cafe and I highly enjoyed the chicken and waffles. My wife greatly enjoyed her eggs benedict. Again thank you so much for hosting us and providing such a high level of service and overall a very memorable experience. Next time I'm in the area this is the hotel I will be staying at, I will not even bother looking at other hotel options.

We stayed two nights at the Hotel Figueroa. It was wonderful! We had breakfast one day in the restaurant it was delicious. It was close enough to walk to public transportation and also could easily get an uber right outside. Wish they gave a discount for USC.
