Four Seasons Los Angeles at Beverly Hills

This is the most overhyped hotel in all of Los Angeles! Old and out dated. Don’t waste your money here. The valet is super aggressive and rude too. Salvador in valet started pounding my car window with his fist to get my attention. This place is an absolute joke. Stay at the Waldorf, Beverly Hills Hotel, L’Ermitage, or any of the many hotel right in the area. This hotel isn’t even in Beverly Hills!! lol West Hollywood zip code.

The property definitely has elegance. I had been there 10 years ago and everything looks about the same . The thing that really stands out is the service. The staff was wonderful and always friendly, helpful and informative throughout our stay. The rooms are nothing special unfortunately. The general upkeep of the rooms looks to be taking a toll over the years. The shower door rubbed on the adjacent piece of glass and the tile work had many layers of repairs that were noticeable. Perhaps time for a renovation of the bathrooms (or at least the room we had. We loved the Juliet balcony’s. Had room service 2 nights. They were very prompt and food arrived hot and delicious. Wish the late night limited menu had a few more options. Overall had a wonderful stay.

Really good stay for a few days in November. The restaurant was outstanding especially for dinner. Nice pool area, helpful staff. Good location too. The garden was much appreciated. Organised a hire car fdelivered to the hotel or us without any hitches.

Elegant urban hotel with superb staff, especially David. It is likely time for room renovations comparative to other Four Seasons, but the operations of the hotel were as you’d expect from a Four Seasons. Perhaps more of a corporate stay location than leisure.

This is a fantastic hotel with the ABSOLUTE BEST customer service. Everyone was so very helpful from the front desk to the concierge, to the valet staff. It seemed like they all knew you by name after the initial interaction as well. If you have an issue, they are ready to find a solution and seem genuinely concerned about the overall quality of your stay. The elevators can get a little busy if there is a conference, but even with that minor inconvenience I would highly recommend staying here.
