Great location and Great Staff!!! I really enjoyed the rooftop pool deck. Everything was a class act from dropping off the car, check in, pool service, and the bar. Had a great time chatting with Miguel, Esteban, and Jason at the Bar. I will definitely be back.

It has been awhile since a hotel has completely wowed me and Conrad Los Angeles did it. From the moment we pulled up to valet, the staff was so welcoming and kind. At check-in, the kind woman who checked us in answered all of our questions and even upgraded our room. The room was absolutely gorgeous. It felt so modern but yet comfortable. I was shocked when I got up in the middle of the night and floor lights turned on so I could find my way to the bathroom. It's the little things! And the bed! I usually have a hard time sleeping in hotel bed but this was the MOST comfortable bed ever. We got room service for breakfast and the man who brought it up was so kind. I forgot to order a coffee and he immediately offered to go grab me a pot. The constantly referred to me by my name which was a nice touch. We also had a nice lunch at the bar with a really great bartender. When we got home, there was two minibar charges which we didn't make. I called and Laquan immediately took care of it, letting me know I likely hit the sensors on accident. I was there with my daughter but now that we have told my husband and other daughter about our experience, we are already planning another trip in May. From now on, I will only stay in this hotel when I'm in LA. Thank you so much Conrad Los Angeles. You have taken the hotel experience to a new level and we loved it!

First time here and Came here with almost no expectation as we are only staying for a very very short time. But to my surprise, this Conrad exceeded my ‘expectation’! The concierge staff / bell boy at the entrance greeted us nicely as we arrived, and we went up to the lobby level for check in. The bar, the view and the people, give out such cosy feeling. Check in was smooth and quick and we went up to our room and everything was so simple and neat, which is a compliment. There maybe a little touch up needed near the basin in the bathroom but everything else is in perfect condition in our room. We were staying such a short time we only managed to enjoy a few drinks at the bar but no time for breakfast in the morning so I cannot comment on the food here ~ but we had a nice time having a drink at the bar after checking in in the afternoon. Quite busy and everyone else was enjoying their drinks and nibbles. I would recommend this cute little cosy Conrad for you if you need to come to LA downtown to stay.

Dining options were impressive. I enjoyed a variety of cuisines at the on-site restaurants, particularly the beachfront seafood grill, where fresh catch of the day was expertly prepared. The breakfast buffet was also a highlight, offering an extensive selection of both local and international dishes.

Good location in downtown LA. Upscale hotel that comes with all the amenities you would expect. Check-in went smoothly and the folks working the desk were extremely nice and helpful. The room has a large window with views of downtown LA. The window shade is electronic as is everything else. Lights, DND, etc are controlled by an electronic panel. The rooftop bar has both an awesome indoor and outdoor space. And the servers and bartenders were all attentive. The valet parking is pricey but the valet staff was very nice.
