The room was clean and comfortable. The entire hotel is such a picturesque space and the staff was really friendly and helpful, particularly Nancy at reception and Donald(Iβm not sure if this is his name). Itβs also a really great location if youβre planning to explore tourist spots in LA with a car, as most spots are a 20 ish minute drive away

I had such amazing customer service here. Joshua and Nancy were exceptional. The rooms are clean and the courtyard is very cute. Highly recommend this place for business trips or families. The beds are big and super comfortable as well. Location is also ideal.

After a long flight is my was nice to enter the hotel and experience such peaceful and pleasant atmosphere. Me and my friend got to the front desk extremely tired and with a thousand questions. Front desk guy Joshua was great to answer all our questions and worries and gave us the best room and assured us it was nice quiet. He didnβt disappoint. Also gave us great recommendations to go out and eat at Chulitas great food. Overall amazing experience and will return here for all my busyness trips when in Los Angeles.

Great place room nice and quiet. Lovely courtyard. Room was amazing bed nice and comfortable not to soft or too hard .Joshua the front desk guy gave us great recommendations for great restaurants within walking distance. Coffee in the morning was amazing. Pool was small but nice ambiance.

Warm and friendly service. I stayed for two nights and it was a great place to stay. The location was great for the purpose of my trip (business). The room was clean and spacious for a hotel. The bed was comfortable.Vea F was the person who checked me in and out. She was the sweetest !
