The Westin Long Beach was wonderful and the Churro French Toast was Superb. Katrina the phone operator was Magnificent her attitude was definitely a vibe. Only thing that was kid of bad was the ice machines not working in various floors but nonetheless Highly recommend this Hotel.

Kasia at the front desk was awesome to check in with. We had an 8 hr drive and were tired. Kasia greeted us with a smile, she was extremely friendly, efficient, and accommodating. Kasia gets 5 stars from us. On another note, your bartenders were slammed and worked their butts off, Saturday night of race weekend. Serving their patrons with a smile. They all worked well together.

Worst service experience of my life. Nobody is trained. Bartenders donāt know how to even use the POS system. Sit at the bar and wait 30 minutes to get served. Itās pretty sad to watch. Sunday of the Long Beach Grand Prix and they canāt even figure out how to pour a mimosa. Crazy to see how badly run a place is.

Kasia is the best, very helpful and amazing, great perfect service. She is just awesome and was very helpful throughout the whole check in process and gave us great tips to explore arounds the city. Definitely will be staying here again. Hopefully we get this service again.

The customer service here was amazing!!!! Osmin and the rest of the staff were helpful upon my early arrival and my late departure. Tiffini was my absolute favorite and made my solo travel experience amazing in so many ways. She let me know which spots I couldn't miss and connected over photography, truly making this a personalized experience. I can't wait to return, stay again, and hopefully have a photography session with Tiffini. THANK YOU!!!
