AC Hotel Irvine

Love the friendly customer service, clean nice cozy hotel. I had some issue with my car they help me. I’m greatful . They also provide dry lavander for your deep restful night sleep which is very cute treat . Will recommend everyone. Thank you

Great place to stay. Pool, gym and a breakfast buffet. Convenient location. Connected to a restaurant and waking distance to several other choices to eat. The staff is great and the bartender Anna is amazing!! Having a place to gather at the end of the day and enjoy a drink is awesome.

The hotel is in a great location, extremely clean, and well priced. The hotel bar/restaurant is amazing with a fantastic hostess, Anna. She's extremely friendly, professional, and somehow manages the boutique restaurant single-handedly. I'd highly recommend this place to anyone.

All of the front desk personnel are always top notch . Nathan, Dominic, and others! Yuni Hunter the general manager regularly comes out to greet customers! She has created a warm and inviting environment! I travel to this hotel for business. They have made AC Hotel a home like atmosphere. I always tell business travelers AC hotel Irvine is the best!

I stayed at the AC Marriott twice in two consecutive weeks, hoping the second stay would improve. The location is decent—close to a Starbucks, Mother’s grocery, and a few restaurants. But the positives end there. 1. Overpriced Breakfast and Lack of Basics: They charge $22 for breakfast, which is absurd, especially for a business Marriott. I didn’t realize these types of hotels still charged for breakfast. There’s also no free coffee in the lobby, which feels like a basic necessity for a hotel catering to business travelers. 2. Loud and Whistling Air Conditioners: Every room I stayed in had an air conditioner with a whistling sound. I recorded the noise and showed it to the front desk staff, who moved me to another room, but the next one had the same issue. I came back the following week, hoping things would be better, but again, I faced the same whistling noise. If you need heat or AC, be prepared to bring earplugs. 3. Hidden Parking Charges: They charge $28 for self-parking, which they didn’t mention up front. When I called to ask about it, they said it was on their website. But I didn’t book the hotel myself, so I wasn’t informed. They need to be clear about this at check-in—it’s not cool to surprise guests with extra charges. 4. Poor Management Response: I left a message for the manager, hoping to discuss these issues, but never received a call back. This lack of communication is just disappointing. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend staying here. For the price, I expect much better service and transparency. Look elsewhere if you value a good night’s sleep, fair pricing, and responsive staff.
