Quality Inn Hemet San Jacinto

We booked a room for the night and in the morning went to extend our stay the gentleman working said the one we are staying in was already booked so we booked a different one at a higher price. We were told we would be notified when our room was ready to switch. Several hours later we were told that the only rooms still available both had developed a bathtub leak. This was very inconvenient seeing we have a newborn. Upon getting our deposit back and room refunded for tonight 4/12/25 we found out that they marked it as me canceling the room when we asked for a cancelation receipt. The guy working admitted he lied because our baby is to messy he had not seen in the room to even make that assumption before canceling our stay and when he did check out the room it wasn't a mess hence why we recieved our deposit back. We feel very discriminated against for having a newborn. We have stayed here multiple times with no issue before.

We had a birthday party to attend in the area and booked one night stay at Quality Inn Hemet-San Jacinto. The facility was very clean, and check-in was very quick and easy. The room was good size and also very clean and quiet. The room had both trash and recycling containers and there were recycling containers out by the parking lot. The quality of our stay was very good especially for the price. The hot breakfast consisted of a pancake machine and a waffle maker as the hot items and cold cereals to choose from. The room did have convenient power outlets to plug in phone chargers, it did not have any USB charging ports so bring your chargers. The only negative we found was one of the hand towels had a brown stain that made it look dirty, but we had plenty of other towels for the two of us.

By far the best place I’ve stayed at in Hemet. I came from out of town to visit family and the staff are the most friendly and accommodating people I ever met. They went out of their way to make our stay so comfortable wherever it was getting us extra linen or the perfect room. My husband and I didn’t have to worry about any noise and it was so peaceful. I recommend booking directly with them instead of a 3rd party you will get a better rate. And they serve breakfast, that’s a go for me :)

This was the cleanest hotel ever Dianna was amazing going above and beyond with customer service . If I was her boss I would give her a raise . I would recommend this hotel to everyone . Especially the lady who served us breakfast in the morning it was almost like my own grandma being so kind treating me like royalty !
