Hampton Inn & Suites Fresno

I come to this hotel foe work once week. The breakfast is always good and the coffee taste Great . I'm big on customer service. It always pretty good here I want to acknowledge Andrea she always does an amazing job knows my name always has my key ready and super friendly. I ts one of the reasons I keep staying here.

This is my other, other, other home away from home. As a professional traveler it's important to keep some roots. This staff helps me with that. Justine, Emily, Adrien, Liz; they are not hospitality staff. These are people I know. Fellow travelers will understand

My husband used to be a Hampton regular for business trips so has visited many properties. This one is not bad, but below par for the flag. Staff is nice and accommodating. Location convenient to airport with on demand shuttle with long hours. Otherwise not much in nearby surroundings (like restaurants). First room had very noisy air conditioning. Second room a/c was OK, so test and move rooms before you settle in. Tried to set on steady low fan for white noise but a/c still clunked on/off. Windows do not open. Bed comfortable. Cleanliness OK but starting mold in bath. Breakfast bare bones and hot food only lukewarm. Early to go bags not ready.

The room I stayed in smelled like feet, and I had to go get air fresheners to cover the stink. Was nice and clean otherwise. Hallways also have a pet smell- maybe they need to deep clean the carpet. Went to use the pool, it had algae in it, told the front desk girl and she did not seem to care. Not the Hampton Inn standards I have been accustomed to. I would not have booked here knowing the pool was unusable.

My wife and I, traveling from New Jersey, enjoyed our two night stay. We found it centrally located near Kings Canyon and Sequoia parks, and only another hour ride to our next stop in Oakhurst for Yosemite. This hotel met all our needs, was very clean, with a friendly staff, and offered the standard Hampton breakfast fare. I know you can expect to be treated well when the flight crews call this their stop over home.
