Aqua Soleil Hotel & Mineral Water Spa

We were very happy with the staff at this hotel. Jennifer the manager and Sophia in housekeeping were great and we really appreciate the care they take of their guests. They went above and beyond making sure our stay was comfortable and we really appreciate their professionalism.

Fast service 24/7. Very friendly staff. They really value security. Great amenities and clean room. very homey atmosphere. They check in with you every day on text to see if your night went well and if you need anything. Very close to the supermarket and a few restaurants and a great bakery. Would definitely go again!

Very tired property with cosmetic upgrades. My Wife and I spent two nights. Made booking primarily based on mineral pool and spa. Both pool and spa were overrun by noisy children. Both pool and spas were overwhelmed by chlorine smells and we were left with dried out and irritated skin after one "mineral" pool experience. My pool and spa at home are so much better no reason to come here. Check other places may be better.

We had to evacuate out of our home for a few days and were so happy to have found this hotel. Comforting. Clean. Friendly staff. So very grateful for the kindness. They have us restaurant tips, had donuts and coffee in the lobby for others who had to evacuate the la fires… truly felt loved in an awful and stressful situation

We booked two third-floor rooms on a Saturday in late December. Liked the hotel! Skipped the online check-in because we did not want to upload our driver’s licenses; that did not feel secure. Pleasant and helpful staff. There is extra parking to the left (north) of the hotel and behind. We like that each room is individually decorated! There are a low-flow toilets so hold the flush lever down for ten seconds to flush the toilet properly. Each light in the room has a motion sensor that switches off the light after about ten minutes. Enjoyed the warm winter weather and set the AC to 75 degrees. Good quiet pool and indoor and outdoor jacuzzi, lightly chlorinated and fed by the mineral water from the property’s own well. Pool is warm. Spa services are available (inquire at the desk and book in advance), but we didn’t try them.
