The bed was nice and firm. Pillows were excellent. Room darkening shades kept all the light put. Plenty of lights in the room. Room was clean as well as the bathroom and shower. Plenty of towels. The entire staff was always peasant and eager to help with anything.

Very friendly staff. Nice breakfast. Ample parking . Clean new hotel . Right by the highway makes it extremely convenient. The bed was very comfortable. Overall a very pleasant experience with no negative surprises.....................

This is my first time staying at this location and let me tell you right from the gate. The front desk was amazing and very helpful. Was upgraded due to global status, which was nice. They are not required to provide any kind of upgrade room was great & clean. Gym was nice and clean and well equipped. Where I found amazing ones they do offer to provide you with a lift within 5 miles of the hotel Unheard of. I will definitely be staying here

Near a bowling alley and Benihana Restaraunt . . clean and tidy. Breakfast attendant unable to communicate in English Also, the omelette ticket requested a room # and name . . YIKES invasion of personal space and privacy - - just see my room key. Mind your business Hyatt!

This is my second stay at Hyatt House San Jose/Cupertino in the past few years. We had a great experience last time, and the positive experience maintained this time around. Staff onsite was helpful and friendly. Ability to charge EV in the hotel (plenty of chargers available) and the Lyft benefit were very appreciated. I look forward to staying here again the next time I visit Cupertino.
