Staybridge Suites Corona South an IHG Hotel

Excellent place and location to stay for a business trip or family the staff was very kind. The lady Leo in the breakfast room went above and beyond. Very tasty food good attitude early in the morning very clean gave me a new perspective of extended-stay hotels.

From the moment I checked in, I felt like I was at a five-star resort with their hospitality! As a Platinum Elite member, I’ve experienced plenty of stays, but this establishment truly takes loyalty to the next level. They go above and beyond to make every moment memorable. I warn you… the furniture is dated, but the coziness makes up for it! While the decor might not be the most modern, the ULTRA-clean environment and super-comfy beds completely make up for it. Comfort and cleanliness? Check and check! 100% feels like a clean condo! Shoutout to Angelique for sprinkling some extra magic on my stay. She was beyond kind, offering additional perks that made me feel truly valued. LOVE HER!!! Even before I joined the Staybridge family, they treated me special, and that hasn’t changed one bit. The cleaning service? IMPECCABLE. Honestly, this place is so clean, warm and welcoming, I’d recommend it to anyone. It’s even perfect for special occasions—I hosted a cozy Thanksgiving dinner right in my suite! They even let me borrow chairs from the dining area so my family of five could gather comfortably. Thanks Sonia and Jenny!!! Corona South Staybridge has a charm that feels like the perfect mix of Kimpton vibes and cozy luxury. I’m already looking forward to my next stay! Cockroaches!! Stayed at this hotel (room 303) for a family wedding at the end of October 2024. Checked in at 2:30AM 10-26-24. Left in the morning to attend family events. Returned to the hotel in the evening and saw several cockroaches in the bathroom and kitchen. We were offered room 105 (I think that was the room number) which was dirty (dripping liquid on a few walls, the room clearly was not vacuumed, and there was a dirty black sock on the floor next to the bed). We left to stay elsewhere. We were supposed to check out on 10-28-24. Sally Reynolds (Director of Sales) and the manager whose name I don't recall gave me a "refund" for the last night (we were at another hotel), a ridiculously inadequate $100 discount for 10-27-24 (because we left in the evening to stay elsewhere), and did not refund a penny for staying there with the cockroaches on 10-26-24. One of my family members even saw a cockroach run out of her suitcase at the new hotel (her suitcase had been on the floor at Staybridge). You have been warned!!

This is a very nice hotel for the area office a very fresh breakfast in the morning that was excellent. The staff that runs the kitchen is outstanding. The ladies name is Leah. her service was outstanding and the food was very tasty. This hotel is the best of the three.

We stayed here for a week and I was pleasantly surprised by the hospitality of the staff. Shortly after arrival, I received to a text to ask if our room was ok. We needed a few items and were able to get them in a short time. I figured that would be it, but a few days later I received another text asking about our stay. I again needed a few items and I had a concern about a few things in our unit. Once again, the team attempted to fix the situation right away. The breakfasts were very good. I especially enjoyed the fresh spinach, tomatoes, onions and cottage cheese in addition to the usual breakfast items. As a hot tea drinker, I was happy to see a variety of tea flavors. My family liked the french toast that could be put in the toaster. We did not use the pool, but we used the fitness room. The free weights had ranged from 10-50# and were in great condition. We also used the tread mill (there are 2) plus I think an elliptical. Towels and disinfecting wipes are provided. It was quite warm in this room, which might be because it is connected to the laundry room. The fitness room was clean and blissfully quiet (no piped in music). The kitchenette area was a good place to make a few meals with a decent microwave, toaster, full fridge/freezer and cook top.
