Home2 Suites by Hilton Corona

This hotel is a good example of the promises that hotels and the lies that they tell. The so-called free breakfast was very picked over, there were no eggs, the sausage and other food that should be hot was cold, the waffle batter dispenser was empty, the oatmeal dispenser was empty, and when we ask the manager about it, he said “well, as soon as we put food out people take it so we can’t put enough out for everyone to get it when they want it.“ That’s just wrong! Also, like many hotels, they only provide housekeeping every other day. They claim that it is “for your comfort“, but of course that’s also a lie. It is so that they can spend less money and make better profits. I’ve spent many, many nights in Hilton properties. This is a good one to skip completely.

The four of us, recently stayed here, while attending firework show next door at Dos Lagos. Michael greeted us and was very friendly and professional, after check in we received text from Michael inquiring if we were comfortabl or needed anything.. the room , a one bedroom suite was the largest suite at a Home2 suites I've ever stayed in, very spacious and clean, with everything you'll need for a stay. Breakfast was good with a good amount of variety, with a lot of sitting area. Will definitely be back.

Dennis at the front desk is wonderful. He goes above and beyond for you. Nice and newer. Some of the carpeting is stained. Like the water bottle filler in the hallway. Close to shopping and restaurants . Also freeway close so easy to get everywhere. Wish there were more guys like Dennis

Home2 Suites by Hilton in Corona, California has a very modern design. The rooms are comfortable with a small kitchenette. The front counter team was wonderful. They were welcoming and friendly. The free breakfast is another nice extra. The spring wild flowers on the nearby mountains are a sight when blooming. Enjoy!

Horrible customer service. During our stay, we had a concern with how a staff member treated one of our children in the lobby for breakfast. I expressed my concern to the front desk and was advised the general manger would contact me by phone. I received an email stating they attempted to call me; however have yet to receive a phone call. This is definitely a reflection of their poor training in customer service.
