Motel 6 Campbell CA San Jose

I usually never write a bad review but trying to check into this hotel last Friday was a nightmare! The manager was so rude and the customer service was horrible! He treated us like we were lowlifes trying to take advantage of the hotel. My friend who booked the room through Hotels.com didn't have her Driver's license but she works at United and had her ID, etc. Had to change the reservation into my name and then he said she couldn't stay in the room. Finally he cancelled our reservation and I booked at room at the Los Gatos lodge which is amazing! Even the Hotels.com rep said this man was so unreasonable and rude! Never again!!!

If you are looking for a cheap option conveniently located to a couple of freeways in the South Bay, the Campbell Motel 6 might be the budget option for you. Certainly there are no frills and extras with this spartan room located just off a busy freeway intersection. As you would expect, it is a bit noisy. At least it was clean room to put your head down for the night.

I would love to thank the staff for all they are doing during this crisis! The place is looking just amazing from the outside to the inside of the rooms, stay safe and thank you for making me feel safe during my stay.

Had to travel this week for work and needed a close place to work for my stay, out of the hotels in the area this one was the closest and I have to say it was not a bad pick at all. The staff are great, they are following cleaning guides to protect not only themselves but the guests staying and following social distancing even in guest rooms by keeping them apart!!! Just amazing!!

Great staff and trying to keep everyone safe during this pandemic, keep it up!! It seems ppl are still not following the 6ft apart rule and the staff has to remind other guests about it, thanks for that!!
