Motel 6 Camarillo CA

After having a horrible experience with another hotel, we was able to get a room at this motel 6. reasonable price, very friendly, provided us with information about the city. the room was super clean, very charming, and was very quiet. I would highly recommend

Stayed in this motel 3 times and all three stays were horrible. Twice my no smoking room smelt like cigarettes so bad it physically made me I’ll. Another time my shower would not drain. Staff not interested in accommodating guests. Stay away from this place. There are plenty of other well run Motel 6’s is the area.

You certainly get what you pay for. My fiance stayed for a few moments in this room. After looking at the condition of the MOLD on the curtains, toothpaste and hair in sink, fecal matter in the toilet, and black mold stains in the tub! After reporting it to Alma, the manager, she stated the room was in good shape and didn’t offer a refund. I have pictures and reported it to the corporate office! Don’t stay at this trash motel! You get what you pay for!!!

This place is so dirty and gross I would rather sleep in my car but I got my kids and everywhere is sold out. Piss on the toilet when we walk in the room, floors look like they have never been cleaned (I had to wipe them down myself they are so gross) who knows what splattered on the walls and floor, my skin is crawling trying to sleep in this bed knowing it’s probably never been washed. They couldn’t give me a different room because it’s all booked. They should be paying me to sleep here plus I cleaned there floors

When majority of hotels in area were all booked up during graduation weekend, this was Plan B. The check in/ check out experience was seamless with a friendly staff. The room accommodations was upstairs, directly above the office, facing the lake and next to the stairs. The room was clean overall, with nothing scary to report. The beds and pillows were soft and comfortable. The bathroom towels were a bit on the rough side, but that's about it. The only complaint I had was the plastic molding that was curling off the side of the bed. Guests need to be careful entering and exiting the parking lot, due to the blind turn coming from the outlets where cars are flying down the road. When the coast was clear to make right turn exiting the parking lot, as soon as i exited, an SUV was speeding into me. Luckily, i just floored it, while the SUV broke a little too, to avoid a collision. Other than that, this Motel 6 was reasonably priced for the type of accommodations. Recommended lodging for any last minute travelers.
