Clean hotel, convenient for parking, and a pleasant front desk. But in all honesty the best part of this hotel is Tonia and Jeselle at the bar. They are the best and keep the energy great. I love my stays at this hotel because of the two of them, they keep me coming back.

This is an excellent hotel conveniently located to many local attractions and amenities it is a modern hotel with a very airy feel to it due to the large atrium situated just off the reception area. The suites are of a generous size and contain all the necessary items that you could need for your stay. The bed is extremely comfortable affording a good sleep. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful and always had time to engage in a conversation about any topic that arose. The breakfast is excellent and provides the widest selection of food which should cater to almost everyone’s dietary needs.

We spent 5 days visiting family in the area. We were appreciative of the accommodations at the hotel and especially the excellent breakfast offerings. Ella, the attendant at the complementary cafe service was a welcome friendly touch to the experience. She was helpful and hard working and engaging, always present to help with any issue that might arise. We are thankful that the hotel values this kind of service and expect to be welcomed by her again in any visits to the area.

Bruno and Ella were great. Ella was so helpful during breakfast, her service was great and helped with cleaning up.Also, Bruno checked on any needs we had and helped us with booking a new vacation with Hilton Grand Vacations. They both helped with all of our needs!

I highly recommend this hotel because of its clean and comfortable rooms, top-notch amenities, and helpful staff. Devin, Melanie, Keani, Rebecca and Reana at the front desk are extremely helpful and happy to do so. I have witnessed first hand their calm smiles through chaos, not letting the previous guest soil the nexts experience. Thank you for the professionalism and real customer service! When dining at the restaurant Tanya, Tonia and Lio are an absolutely killer team! The drinks are yummy and they will make you whatever your heart desires, or if you're not sure, ask them to surprise you - they will not let you down. Also how cool to watch Brandon the manager jump in and help serve when the bar became inundated with customers. Robson with housekeeping does a wonderful job making sure rooms are ready and if you need anything he's there with a smile! The maintenance team deserves a huge shout out as well. When needed they are there quickly and very friendly. The grounds are well looked after and maintained as is the building from the filters being clean throughout to how things work and feel in the room. Thank you for paying attention to those details. The cherry on top with this hotel? They ALWAYS decorate for a holiday and its BEAUTIFUL! Makes the experience that much better. This hotel is always the first pick when needing to work in the L.A. area, and will come back time and time again!
