I had an awesome stay at this property! The room was clean, smelled fresh, and had all the modern upgrades you'd expect from a new property. The TV worked perfectly with no issues. It's clear that the property has undergone some major improvements, and I was really impressed by the changes. It's a shame the 3.5 stars are still reflecting the old owners because the new management is doing an amazing job! Speaking of which, Louie, the new manager, was fantastic. He truly takes pride in the property and goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is top-notch. He was super friendly when we checked in and always had a smile on his face whenever we saw him. You can tell he really cares about creating a great experience for guests. The location is also great—convenient to everything and with plenty of parking. I’ll definitely be staying here again! Highly recommend!

The new manager is amazing he made me feel so welcome , his passion is infectious and Alma is a beast, I was sorry that I was in a hurry and had to leave the conversation but this place is amazing. Great location easy to walk to the village and on the lake! and let's be honest for the price 5 out 5. The personalized welcome on the tv is amazing! Must must stay!

I don’t really take the time to write reviews unless it was worth the effort. We stayed here for one night as a family of four with 2 small kids. It was the worst hotel/lodge we’ve stayed at. The room was old and lacked basic amenities like drawers, functional TV, Kleenex, etc. We don’t mind it being old but it was DIRTY. The tub had flies in it and smelled like urine. The towels were worn out and had brown stains on them. We couldn’t even brush our teeth in the bathroom - we did it in the kitchenette sink. There was a mini fridge in the room that would make an extremely loud noise every 20 mins. We couldn’t unplug it. We were not able to get a decent night’s rest due to it. The “free breakfast” consisted of two types of cereals, bananas, coffee, packaged oatmeal. The hotel was indeed in front the lake but the dock was not surpringly in a questionable shape. I noticed that the 5-star reviews of this place were most likely fake to boost their ratings average. Please stay elsewhere. We felt disgusting when we left.

The tv was broken and they did not fix it so no tv for the weekend. Was told they can only give us a discount on my next stay why would I ever stay here again if they can’t fix the issue now? Also the bathroom is gross. The tub is dirty and the towels looks like they have been used to clean the floor!
