The two bedrooms suites have separated bedrooms and a decent kitchen for minor food prep. They have no elevators, but, they have a house person who will help carry luggage upstairs. We can even call ahead and request a specific room that we like.

Hotel was clean, bed was comfortable, check in was easy. There was parking for box truck, area was quiet but not near many shops or restaurants. Parking should be free as there are no other alternatives they charge $15. It’s nice having breakfast included.

This is the best run hotel I have ever seen. The management (MIcheal and Keltoum) create a family atmosphere for the entire staff, and they all work together to make sure the guest enjoy thier stay an have everything they need. We stay here for extended periods twice a year, and every time we come it just gets better.

The Hyatt app sent a notification at 11am that the room was ready and we could check-in. Our digital key was activated, so we went over the hotel at 1:30pm and unloaded our luggage into the room. Went to the lobby to get physical keys and was told it would be $50 to check in before 3pm. I explained that the app allowed us to check in and enter the room (with no mention of extra fees). I asked if the fee could be waived, as we had just dropped off our luggage in the room and would be heading to a baseball tournament until later in the evening. Front desk employee checked with the manager in the back, who apparently said no, we had to vacate the room or pay $50 for the extra 90 minutes. If we just had not gone to the desk, they would have had no idea we were there and there would have been no issue or extra fee. So we reloaded our luggage back into the car, as there was no way I was paying anything extra on top of $200 for the night PLUS a parking fee that we didn’t know about. Owner/Manager- please do not bother with a fake pleasant reply about coming to the front desk for future assistance, especially if you are the one who didn’t have the decency to speak to me in person when I was there at the front desk, and did not approve us leaving our luggage for 90 minutes without a fee. We will not be back, as there are many other more hospitable options in the area.

Day prior to arrival we were told hotel overbooked and that we needed to be moved to a different hotel that did not have the same set up and was not conveniently located for our visit. The room we were given did not appear to be ready for stay. It smelled like dog urine, had stains, things were broken, and the AC/heater didn’t work so we were freezing for days until they could fix it and even then it couldn’t go above a certain temperature.
