Best Western Desert Villa Inn

This is the worst hotel I have ever had the displeasure of staying at!!! My husband and I stop early to watch the Super Bowl. When the game would not come up on the television, I was told basically to bad. The front desk personnel was totally unhelpful!! I would warn people that if you want a quality experience don’t stay here!!!!

We had a long drive and had to stop at 5am. Nick, the front desk employee was sooo helpful and kind and even extended our checkout just in case we needed it. The room was really nice and clean and when we were leaving, one of the male housekeepers helped bring my suitcase down the stairs without asking. I would FULLY recommend this hotel!!

Oh my. We did not enjoy our stay here. Thankful that pets are allowed, however, there is no grass to walk dogs. The AC unit, again, grateful to have had it, but it was very loud. Barstow is not a charming town, it's just a place to drive through, but the homeless under the freeway didn't make me like it any better. There's a La Quita down the street with grass and a Mexican restaurant. If I go through town again, I'd want to stay there.
