Hilton Garden Inn Arcadia Pasadena Area

This was one of the nicer hotels that I have stayed at recently. The staff were so Nice, even when we arrived at 4:30am due to a late flight! Our room was clean, comfortable and quiet! The area felt safe and all common areas were well taken care of. This hotel is close to the highway without being right next to it, there are restaurants and shopping nearby and it's easy to get to and from destinations/attractions. The only negative I could mention is that breakfast is not included, it is an additional cost, but I knew that going in.

The hotel was wonderful, loved the 24 hour snacks! Pauline from the front desk made our stay amazing, she was very responsive, helpful, friendly, and even gave us some complementary cookies! The room was clean and the cleaning service was excellent!

We checked in to the Hilton garden inn Arcadia Dec. 18 for a 6 day stay. Upon entering the room we noticed a sign saying they only clean rooms every other day. After 3 days with no service, I asked at the front desk and was told the room cleaned only upon request,which I did. I finally got room cleaned sun after 5 days.Because I had service on sun, and I'm checking out Tues, I got I day cleaning and clean towels once in 6 days. I was accused of leaving a do not disturb card on the door, but I have time/ date on photo showing on card on door. I did get clean towels at front desk, but they piled up after 5 days no service.

Amaiya at the front desk is always super attentive to any request large or small and goes way above and beyond with the utmost professionalism day in and day out … I have stayed at this property multiple time and can’t thank the entire staff and managers enough for everything they do

Nice covenant location - clean room seemed recently updated - clean lobby and spacious. Breakfast bar area is not as nice as other garden inns but ok. Restaurants are within walking distance and they have a nice outdoor pool - parking is good and it feels very safe to walk the area
