Holiday Inn Express & Suites Napa American Canyon an IHG Hotel

Excellent property and a very good location for both Napa and Sonoma visits. The hotel was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was good. Good on site parking, easy check in and check out. This hotel fit our needs perfectly. The staff were great and helpful.

Hotel was clean. Shower was warm enough. Bed was comfortable. Internet service was subpar. I had stayed here earlier in the year and experience a slow internet. When I made the reservations this time, I asked if they had fixed their internet issue. The person behind the desk said that the top two floors had bad wifi but the bottom floor was fine. It was NOT. Everything else was fine. The staff was friendly. Good coffee. Won't stay here again though. There are too many other hotels nearby that hit all the targets.

Next to a shopping plaza with Walmart, indian food and some other options Hotel is well maintained, lots of (free) parking, good breakfast, right next to main street. Rooms are fine, a/c does the job properly, clean bathrooms and excelent water pressure and hot water Attentive staff Good base for any "Napa Valley" trip

We stayed for one night and extended our stay until noon the next day. When we left, I accidentally forgot a one of a kind dress used for a very special occasion hanging on the back of the bathroom door. Just two hours later, I returned to retrieve it and the housekeepers and desk personnel lied and gaslit me, telling me I must have misplaced it in my luggage (I had one small bag). I called the next day and the Manager gave me hollow lip service about an investigation that resulted in nothing. I'm heartbroken that staff would either steal or trash a guest's valuables with no recompense. Be careful staying at this Hotel, your belongings are not safe.
