This facility is beautiful & well maintained. Our room was clean, well appointed and comfortable. The pillows were fluffy and the mattress very comfortable. The bathroom was beautiful and functional. Our view was delightful. Everything about the facility and our stay was awesome.

I'm giving this Hyatt an excellent review for its customer service. Every single person at the front desk was exceptional, but I want to give a special thank you to Ai who was kind and helpful beyond measure. For some reason (completely unrelated to my stay) I broke out in a full body rash on the second day of my stay. I called the front desk to see if we could move to a room with a bathtub. Ai immediately found a room near where we were already located, personally brought the new key to our door and made sure I did not need medical attention as well. I was struck by her sincere concern and kindness. It made quite the impression on me and I am not easily impressed. The hotel itself is a bit dated for a Hyatt Regency, but still nice, clean and well appointed. But the overall experience came up to the level of a Regency hotel because of the staff. Well done. Give Ai a pat on the back. She deserves it!!

Great location near everything and just off the freeway, wonderful staff. Met all our needs as we enjoyed our stay. Tireless staff made sure all our needs were met. Close to everything especially an awesome trail that helps gets the day off on the right foot

Uncomfortable pillows and bed. Due to bad weather, outdoor swimming pool or jacuzzi were not useable. Overall poor facilities and minimalistic toiletries in bathroom. No complimentary water bottle in room. Small bottle water cost 3 50 dollars. A total ripoff.

Hotel was very nice. Rooms were great. Showers need some help. Water was either extremely hot or cold adjusting didnāt work. Hector was exceptionally helpful and nice to us. He was an excellent server and he remembered us daily. We missed him on our checkout day to say goodbye and thank him for being so kind to us. āThe ladies from Virginiaā.
